The Top Filling Series is composed of automatic machines for the transformation and production of lipstick, stylo, lipbalm and panstick based on filling in soft molds and / or for the production of palette.

The MCTF Series has a patented technology and stands out for its ability to solve problems related to temperature, avoiding thermal shocks, obtaining products of the highest aesthetic quality.

MCTF_01 Equipped with 4 molds, it has a productivity from 800 to 1.000 pcs/h
MCTF_02 Equipped with 6 molds, it has a productivity from 1.500 to 1.750 pcs/h

Touch screen control panel with automatic control of the all process and the possibility of memorizing 999 work recipes
Settable temperatures, speeds, heating and cooling curves
Heated and plunging dosing nozzles, with feedback control of the ascent speed in relation to the dosage speed
High flexibility with a wide range of sizes and shapes of both the packaging and the stick
Equipped with both soft-molds and metal molds
External melting tank (optional) for fast bulk change
Minimum mold temperature down to -8 °C
Cooling rate up to 1 °C/sec
Very small dimensions of the machine
